Graphics team get involved to generate the mock ups/logos and home page of the applications
Development team in parallel divide the whole project into multiple sprints and the sprint document is shared with the client.
Each sprint will be of one week or 40 hours
Daily Stand up meeting (15-20 min) with the client for status update.
Daily Status Report email will be send to client at the end of the working day
Daily Staging server update with the latest code.
Clients will be given SVN (the code repository) access to download code and monitor the amount of code written in a day.
